Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Wakey app and related services operated by Grzegorz Mróz Ventures ("we", "us").

What Wakey provides

Wakey connects to your calendar and automatically creates alarms for your events. While we strive to deliver alarms reliably, Wakey is not a safety-critical system. Do not rely on Wakey as your sole alarm for situations where missing a wakeup could cause serious harm (medical appointments, flights, etc.). Always set a backup alarm for critical events.

Subscription

Wakey offers a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription (Wakey Plus) that unlocks the full experience. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings at any time. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.

Voice features

Voice alarm creation uses AI to interpret your spoken commands. The AI proposes an alarm configuration; you always confirm before it is set. The AI does not make autonomous decisions about your alarms. Interpretation may occasionally be inaccurate — always review the proposed alarm before confirming.

Calendar access

You authorize Wakey to read your calendar events via Google or Microsoft OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your calendar in the app or by revoking access in your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use Wakey in any way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.

Availability

We aim to keep Wakey available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alarm delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your device settings, network connectivity, and Apple's push notification infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grzegorz Mróz Ventures is not liable for missed alarms, missed events, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Wakey.

Intellectual property

Wakey, its design, and its code are the property of Grzegorz Mróz Ventures. Your calendar data remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wakey after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
